This site lists the whole set of new MG collision report forms Your force may not use all the forms detailed and will have decided upon the combination of forms they wish to publish. The NCRF/A front page in the collision forms pack differs slightly from the lead page in the Stats19 pack as they collect different data. Don’t forget that some forces deal with all collision information ‘in house’ and others have local authorities or agents processing Stats19 data separately. Have a good look around all the forms. Further help files will follow. |
